SACOSA fascia ball exercise videos

You already received your SACOSA ball, now its time to put it to good use. On this page you find some exercise videos, recorded by our SACOSA Coaches. Get inspired and use your fascia ball to release tensions, stretch fascia and ligaments and thus prevent injuries.

Video 1: Release and stretch fascia and ligaments at the sole of your foot | 2 Min.

Perfect if you sit a lot or do lots of sports. You loosen your fascia and tendon apparatus in the sole of your foot, thereby preventing back-, tendon- and ligament-injuries:

Perfect to release tension in the neck, shoulder and back area. All you need to get started is your SACOSA fascia ball and a wall.
